When is EDC Thailand 2026?

EDC Thailand 2026 is three nights of Martin Garrix, Tiësto and DJ Snake at Rhythm Park by Bang Tao Beach, Friday 18 to Sunday 20 December, with the music running from 3pm to midnight. The pre-party is Thursday 17 December, and this is the third EDC Thailand.

Where is EDC Thailand?

EDC Thailand is at Rhythm Park in Cherngtalay, Thalang district, on Phuket's west coast by Bang Tao Beach. The first edition, in January 2025, drew about 150,000 people.

What happened at past EDC Thailands?

EDC Thailand has already lit up Phuket twice: the first edition in January 2025, then 16 to 18 January 2026 at Rhythm Park, which drew more than 30,000 people on day one. December 2026 is the third EDC Thailand, and the first one in December.

EDC Thailand lineup 2026: who is playing?

The EDC Thailand lineup for 2026 is headed by Martin Garrix, Tiësto, DJ Snake, Above & Beyond and Charlotte de Witte, with the big names split across the three nights.

• Friday 18 December: Above & Beyond, Charlotte de Witte, Dom Dolla, Andy C, CamelPhat and Vintage Culture.
• Saturday 19 December: Martin Garrix, Kaskade, Paul van Dyk, Andrew Rayel and James Hype.
• Sunday 20 December: Tiësto, DJ Snake, Green Velvet B2B Steve Angello, Sofi Tukker and Jamie Jones.

The official EDC Thailand lineup lists about 100 acts across the three days, with some special sets to look for: Leveltronics (Subtronics B2B Level Up) and WhoMadeWho's Hybrid DJ Set on Friday, Subtronics' Sunset Set on Saturday, and Showtek's Hardstyle Set on Sunday. Back-to-backs include Green Velvet B2B Steve Angello and Afem Syko B2B Funk Tribu.

The Thursday 17 December pre-party is the Hotel EDC Beach Party at XANA Beach Club, Angsana Laguna Phuket, with Mau P, Loco Dice, Fifi and Baggi and local artists. Set times go up on the festival's site before the weekend. Plan it with Tanner.

What's an EDC Thailand night like?

An EDC Thailand night starts in the afternoon sun at 3pm and builds to the headliners before midnight, three days in a row, a short ride from Bang Tao Beach. Your wristband scans in only once a day, so pick your arrival time and stay for the night.

• Show times: 3pm to midnight, 18 to 20 December.
• Entry: one scan a day, no re-entry.
• Cameras: phones and small cameras are fine; professional cameras aren't.
• ID: 20 or over, with a physical ID.

EDC Thailand tickets: how much do they cost?

EDC Thailand tickets cost ฿10,490 for the 3-day Early Owl GA pass and ฿16,490 for 3-day VIP, with 1-day passes at ฿4,700 GA and ฿7,700 VIP, on EDC Thailand's own ticket page on 4 November 2026. They're sold through Eventpop and Megatix in Thailand and Asia and Front Gate for the rest of the world, and there are SkyDeck table packages too.

Early tiers sell out. Each price tier has a limited number of tickets, and the next one costs more, so buy early. VIP adds a viewing deck, faster entry, air-conditioned toilets, VIP lockers and a VIP Ferris wheel.

The trip around the ticket is the rest of the cost: flights to Phuket, a base for four nights from the pre-party to Sunday, and cars on festival days. A private pool villa costs from ฿18,500 a day and a luxury van with a driver from ฿6,500 for 10 hours. Ask Tanner to add a table.

How do you get to EDC Thailand?

Get to EDC Thailand by flying to Phuket: it's a short direct flight from Bangkok, with more than 30 flights a day. Rhythm Park is about 25 minutes, 17 km, from Phuket Airport by car, and about 35 minutes, 19 km, from Patong. EDC runs an official shuttle for all three days, there and back, from the pickup point you choose: buses leave for Rhythm Park from 2pm to 7pm and come back from 11pm to 2am. Shuttle passes are sold through Eventpop, and they're free for Hotel EDC guests.

What are the best EDC Thailand travel tips?

The best EDC Thailand travel tip is to book your flights and your west-coast base first, because EDC week runs straight into Christmas and New Year in Phuket. Then sort your rides, your ID and your bag.

• Book early: flights, villa and tickets in that order. Ticket tiers are limited, and each new tier costs more.
• Getting around: the official shuttle covers festival nights; for beach days, the Takeover parties and the ride home, a car with your own driver is easiest.
• Pack for the heat: light clothes, comfy shoes, sunscreen for the 3pm start, your physical ID and a phone or small camera only.
• Plan your arrival: your wristband scans in once a day, so bring everything you need when you go in.

Where should you stay for EDC Thailand?

Stay on Phuket's west coast for EDC Thailand, near Bang Tao and Cherngtalay, so the trip to Rhythm Park is short. A private pool villa costs from ฿18,500 a day.

The festival's own Hotel EDC is at Angsana Laguna Phuket, 17 to 21 December, from ฿42,250 a person in a shared suite for the stay, with the festival pass extra. It includes the Beach Party, a free shuttle and fast-track entry.

What else is on in Phuket during EDC week?

EDC week in Phuket runs longer than the festival: the EDC Thailand Phuket Takeover spreads across the island from 14 to 21 December 2026, at beach clubs, bars, restaurants and spas, with the partner list still to come. The Beach Party pre-party is on Thursday 17 December.

Can you do Tomorrowland and EDC in one trip?

Yes. Tomorrowland Thailand is Friday 11 to Sunday 13 December near Pattaya, and EDC Thailand starts five days later in Phuket. Fly Bangkok to Phuket in between.

Will there be an EDC Thailand 2027?

EDC Thailand 2027 is expected, but the dates aren't announced yet. The festival moved from January to December for 2026, so don't plan around a January date for 2027 until the organiser confirms it.
