In short

SiamFest collects only what you send in the trip form and basic browsing data, uses it to plan your trip, never sells it, and you can see, correct or delete it at any time.

Who looks after your data?

SiamFest is owned by VIP Luxury Services Group Limited (บริษัท วีไอพี ลัคซูรี่ เซอร์วิส กรุ๊ป จำกัด), company registration number 0205567049208, 21/1-2, 2nd Floor, Royal City Avenue, Soi Soonvijai, Bangkapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310. In this policy, "we" means that company. We decide how the personal data you give SiamFest is used, so under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) we are the data controller.

What data do we collect?

We collect only what you send us and what your browser sends when you visit.

  • When you plan a trip: your name, email, the festival, your arrival and leaving dates, your group size, what you need, any extra days, your message, and the page you sent it from.
  • When you browse: we don't use outside analytics, advertising pixels or session recording. If you arrive from a tagged link, the site keeps its campaign tags (such as UTM codes) in your browser tab. When you send the trip form, we also store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with it.

We don't ask for passport numbers, card numbers or health details on this site.

Why do we use your data?

We use your data to plan the trip you asked about and to reply to you. That's the only reason we collect it.

  • To answer your request and plan your trip: this is needed to take the steps you asked for before any booking.
  • To run and protect the site: our legitimate interest in keeping SiamFest working and safe.

Who sees your data?

Tanner and our trip team see your request, so they can plan your trip. We share it with others only when it's needed.

  • Our service providers: the company that hosts the site and stores the trip form (Lovable Cloud). It works for us and may use the data only to provide that service. If we add an email service to reply to you, we'll name it here.
  • The suppliers of your trip: when you book, the villa, car, boat or other supplier gets only the details it needs, such as names, dates and group size.
  • When the law requires it: a court, the police or another authority with legal power to ask.

We never sell your data.

Does your data leave Thailand?

Yes. The trip form is stored on our host's servers in Seoul, South Korea. We send it there only to run the site and plan your trip, and our host keeps it secure.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your trip request for 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you book, we keep the booking records as long as Thai tax and accounting law requires.

What are your rights?

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • see the data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct it if it's wrong;
  • ask us to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it;
  • object to how we use it;
  • take your data to another provider;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
  • complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We reply within 30 days.

Does SiamFest use cookies?

SiamFest doesn't set cookies. It keeps a few small items in your browser's storage so the site works: your consent choice, the campaign tags from a tagged link (for this tab only), and notes that stop the chat button and page reloads from repeating. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

Is SiamFest for adults only?

Yes. SiamFest is for travellers aged 20 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 20.

How do you contact us about your data?

Email tanner@vipluxuryservices.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, or write to us at 21/1-2, 2nd Floor, Royal City Avenue, Soi Soonvijai, Bangkapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310.

When did this policy last change?

We last updated this policy on 30 October 2026. When we change it, we post the new version here with the new date.
