Big Mountain Music Festival 2026 is at Farm Chokchai 3, Thanarat Road Km 12, in Pak Chong district, Nakhon Ratchasima, near Khao Yai: a new site for the festival. Think a wide grass field, big trees and mountain views on almost every side.

The stages sit closer together this year, so you spend less time walking and more time in front of the bands. Ask Tanner.

What is Big Mountain Village?

Big Mountain Village is the new name for Big Mountain Music Festival, the two-day Thai music festival in Khao Yai. Pepsi is the title sponsor, and GAYRAY runs it under GMM Show.

The first Big Mountain was in Khao Yai in February 2010. It has grown into a two-day weekend of Thai rock, indie, mor lam, folk songs and T-pop.

Plan it with Tanner.

Who is playing Big Mountain 2026?

The Big Mountain 2026 lineup has more than 100 artists across several stages: Thai bands, solo artists and T-pop idol groups from the top of the Thai charts. No artist names are out yet (checked 7 Nov 2026); we recheck in early December.

The 2025 lineup gives the flavour: Lomosonic, Big Ass, Potato, Bodyslam and Samui were among the first names, across 14 stages including the Ferris Wheel Stage, the Pepsi Egg Stage and several Rumwong Bar stages.

Big Mountain is a Thai-language festival, so most of the music is Thai: rock, indie, pop, mor lam and folk songs, all on one site. Ask Tanner.

Big Mountain tickets: how much do they cost?

Big Mountain tickets for 2026 cost ฿2,100 for a two-day Special Cow ticket and ฿4,000 for a two-day VIP Cow ticket, both on sale until 11 December 2026. The regular prices are ฿2,500 and ฿5,000.

Can you camp at Big Mountain?

Yes. You can camp at Big Mountain for the whole weekend and walk between the stages. A Car Camping plot costs ฿5,000: a 6 x 6 metre space for one car or motorbike and one tent, for up to 4 people. It's space only, so everyone still needs an entry ticket.

The camping pass, the parking sticker and the guidebook come by post only, and on the day you can't drive into the camping area without the sticker.

Camping has been part of Big Mountain from the start: the first festival in 2010 had about 4,000 tents. Ask Tanner.

Before you go

  • Book your driver early

  • Buy your ticket before 11 December

  • Everyone needs an entry ticket, campers too

  • Doors open at noon on Saturday 12 December

How do you get to Big Mountain from Bangkok?

Get to Big Mountain from Bangkok by road: Suvarnabhumi to Pak Chong, the gateway to Khao Yai, is a little over 2 hours by car, and Pak Chong station to Farm Chokchai is a short taxi ride. Our Bangkok to Khao Yai guide has the bus, the train and when to leave.

The easy way is a private driver: a luxury van with a driver costs from ฿6,500 for 10 hours, for up to 4 guests. Your driver drops you at the gate and picks you up after the last band. Plan it with Tanner.

Can you pair Big Mountain with Tomorrowland?

Not easily. Big Mountain (12 and 13 December, Khao Yai) and Tomorrowland Thailand (11 to 13 December, near Pattaya) share the same weekend, and Tomorrowland is sold out.

The better pairing is Wonderfruit the week before (3 to 7 December) or EDC Thailand the week after in Phuket (18 to 20 December). Read Music festivals in Thailand for the whole month. Ask Tanner.

How do you plan a VIP Big Mountain trip?

Plan a VIP Big Mountain trip around a VIP Cow ticket and your own driver for the weekend.

  • Tickets: VIP Cow, ฿4,000 for both days, with fast-track entry and VIP viewing areas.
  • The drive: a luxury van with a driver from ฿6,500 for 10 hours, for up to 4.
  • Photos: a photographer for your group's weekend, quoted to your plan.

Plan it with Tanner: say how many of you, and he builds the weekend.
